擺線針輪齒輪減速機是一(yi)種構造緊湊,體積小的(de)(de)機(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing),源于采用了擺(bai)線針齒(chi)(chi)嚙合的(de)(de)、少(shao)齒(chi)(chi)差行星傳動塬理設計而成(cheng)的(de)(de)一(yi)種新型(xing)(xing)(xing)傳動機(ji)械;已普遍地應用到(dao)石(shi)油(you)化工、建筑(zhu)、治(zhi)金礦山、起重運輸、紡織印、工程機(ji)械、食(shi)品(pin)工業、電(dian)(dian)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)視各個(ge)范疇。1、BW擺(bai)線針輪減速機(ji)運轉平(ping)穩,噪(zao)音低:在運轉中同(tong)時(shi)接觸的(de)(de)齒(chi)(chi)對(dui)數多,重合度大(da),運轉平(ping)穩,過載才能(neng)強(qiang),振動和(he)噪(zao)音低,各種規格(ge)的(de)(de)機(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)噪(zao)音小。
2、傳動(dong)比大:單級傳動(dong)比為9-87,雙級傳運(yun)動(dong)比99-7569,多級組(zu)合(he)(he)可達數(shu)萬,且針齒(chi)嚙合(he)(he)系套式(shi)滾動(dong)摩擦(ca),嚙合(he)(he)外(wai)表(biao)無相對(dui)滑動(dong),故一(yi)級減速的效(xiao)率達94%。3、運(yun)用牢(lao)靠壽命長;因(yin)主(zhu)要零(ling)件是采用高(gao)碳合(he)(he)金鋼淬火處置(HRC58-62),再精磨(mo)而成,且擺(bai)線齒(chi)與針齒(chi)套嚙合(he)(he)傳送至針齒(chi)構成滾動(dong)磨(mo)擦(ca)付,磨(mo)擦(ca)系數(shu)小(xiao),使嚙合(he)(he)區(qu)無相對(dui)滑動(dong),磨(mo)損極小(xiao),所以經久耐用。
4、構造緊(jin)湊,體(ti)積(ji)(ji)小:與同功率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)其它減(jian)速機相比,重(zhong)量(liang)體(ti)積(ji)(ji)小1/3以上,由于是(shi)行星傳動,輸入(ru)軸(zhou)和輸出軸(zhou)在同一軸(zhou)線上,以取得盡可(ke)能小的(de)(de)(de)尺寸。5、傳動效率(lv)高(gao):傳動效率(lv)均在90%以上。在正(zheng)常(chang)狀(zhuang)況下,擺線針輪減(jian)速機在負荷狀(zhuang)態下的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)升(sheng)不(bu)超(chao)(chao)越45℃。當溫(wen)升(sheng)超(chao)(chao)越50℃時應立刻停機檢查。異常(chang)溫(wen)升(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)能塬因是(shi)機內傳動局部(特別是(shi)轉(zhuan)臂軸(zhou)承)的(de)(de)(de)光滑不(bu)合理,或由于軸(zhou)向(xiang)受(shou)力,形成端(duan)面摩擦(ca)所致(zhi),應檢查油(you)位高(gao)度和機油(you)牌號或拆機檢查有無拉(la)毛(mao)膠合及端(duan)面研磨等(deng)現象。
擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)的(de)失效(xiao)方式主(zhu)要是(shi)缺油或光滑不良(liang),形成(cheng)擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)中(zhong)心(xin)孔(kong)(kong)與(yu)轉臂(bei)軸(zhou)承配合(he)處(chu)在工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)摩擦(ca)熱過(guo)大,產生煺火(huo)、膠合(he)、磨損(sun)(sun)變(bian)形,而擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)的(de)行(xing)星(xing)孔(kong)(kong)和擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)齒(chi)由(you)于(yu)轉速低與(yu)其相比普(pu)通不損(sun)(sun)壞或損(sun)(sun)壞水(shui)平(ping)微小。擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)在工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)受(shou)力(li)(li)主(zhu)要是(shi)直(zhi)徑方向的(de)推阻力(li)(li),而軸(zhou)向不受(shou)力(li)(li),因(yin)此擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)兩平(ping)行(xing)面和行(xing)星(xing)孔(kong)(kong)可(ke)作為維修基準。維修的(de)方法是(shi)將內孔(kong)(kong)磨損(sun)(sun)的(de)擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)找正,用線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)切(qie)割機將其加(jia)(jia)大,壁(bi)厚(hou)在3~5mm之間(jian)。然后加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)四件(jian)以(yi)上高出擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)厚(hou)度(du)10mm以(yi)上的(de)圓柱(zhu)(zhu)銷,圓柱(zhu)(zhu)度(du)到達(da)0。005,過(guo)渡配合(he)裝入維修擺(bai)(bai)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)的(de)行(xing)星(xing)孔(kong)(kong)中(zhong),上車床應用輪(lun)端面找平(ping)行(xing)度(du)在0。015mm內,應用行(xing)星(xing)孔(kong)(kong)所配柱(zhu)(zhu)銷對旋轉中(zhong)心(xin)的(de)跳動找同心(xin)度(du),控制在0。02mm內。
